Passionate about identifying people’s potential and helping them reach their goals, Ms. Fu is recognized for her capabilities to recognize people’s strengths and develop those into talents. Beginning her career as a piano teacher, she is known for being a coach who nurtures persistency and confidence in her students in addition to the musical knowledge she imparts to them. Her desire to help people develop their skills propelled her to assume a leadership consultant role at Chorev Consulting. After joining the company, she has been responsible for designing skills development and mindset transformation programs. She is an accredited practitioner of EQ-I 2.0/ EQ 360, Certified Facilitator of the Appreciation at Work, and she completed Christian Coaching Foundational Training.
