Ms. Liang strongly believes in understanding different cultures, personalities or working styles can enhance trust which proves to impact overall team performance. With tremendous experience in designing and facilitating workshops with a strong experiential element, her workshop participants always gain insights on new mindset and skills in working with others. Born and raised in mainland China, she worked in Beijing and the Netherlands and now resides in Hong Kong. She is an accredited practitioner of Everything DiSC® and one of the few TypeCoach practitioners in Asia. She is also a certified coach for EQi2.0/360 and a certified Assistant Facilitator from the Asia Association for Experiential Education.
